Import from the Federation Database

If your organisation's ScoreExpress account is connected to the federation database, you can use this method for importing data directly from the federation.

This method is currently only available for FfGym (Belgium).

Step 1. Select the Event

After selecting this import method, you can search for and select the corresponding competition in the federation database. To search for the event, you can select a date range and optionally add a text to search for in the event title.

Pressing the get events button will retrieve the list of matching events from the federation. In the list of events, you will see the title of the event, the dates and the discipline(s) included in each event.

Select an event to import by clicking the select button next to the event in the list. This will load the data from the selected event and proceed to the next step.

Step 2. Select the Data Sections

In this step, you can make a selection of which data you want to import. The available options are based on the content of the data retrieved for selected event.

After making your selection, pres continue to proceed to the next step. This will process the selected data and prepare the import.

Step 3. Review the Import Preparation

When the import is prepared, you can review the processed data. Up until now, no data has been changed or added into your event.

Carefully check all the numbers and content of the data that will be imported.

Step 4. Execute the Import

When you are confident that all data are lined up correctly, proceed to execute the import. During the import, you can follow up on the proceedings of the import. After each object that is processed, the status of the import is updated, so you can see if everything runs correctly or if any errors occur.
